1. Do you offer layaway? 
   We offer payment plans through Klarna. Please make this selection at checkout.

2. How do I figure out my ring size? 
   The most accurate way to find your ring size is to find a jeweler in your area who can size you. Please ask for your US ring size.

3. Do you size rings? 
   Most of our rings are custom-made in your size, so re-sizing isn’t needed. If there is a one-of-a-kind ring that you would like sized, please email us to discuss. Some rings are not eligible for re-sizing due to their design or materials used.

4. When will I get my order? 
   For in-stock items, orders take 1-2 day processing time. For custom-made pieces, please read the item description carefully for lead-time information (most take 4-6 weeks).

5. Can I have something rushed?
   Maybe. If you have a specific date you need your items by, please send us an email to discuss. Much will depend on whether the items are in stock or need to be produced.

6. Do you ship internationally?
   Yes, on a limited basis. Please email us to discuss shipping outside the United States.

7. Can I return or exchange something I have ordered?
   We hope you love your new purchase, but if you are unhappy for any reason, we will accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order. Please contact us immediately so we know you will be sending your package back. When we receive your return, we will issue you a refund minus shipping. Please note custom, altered/sized pieces are not eligible for return.

   Until we receive it, the returned item remains the purchaser's responsibility. Please send your item using an insured and trackable shipping method:

8. Can I see a different angle of a piece?
   Of course! We do our best to photograph everything with as many angles as possible. If you'd like to see any of our pieces in a different light or on a person, just let us know. We are happy to send you a personal photograph of any of our pieces to your email address.

   Yes, we do! Please click here.

10. Do you offer gift wrapping?
    Yes, we do! We are happy to offer complimentary gift wrapping for any order. After placing your order please send us an email to info@thesacredorder.net and let us know you’d like gift wrapping.

11. What does your name mean?
    To hold something 'sacred' is to be reverently dedicated to that object, ideal, or person. To go beyond the surface and honor how it is connected to the core of who we are. The word ‘order’ is an homage to a group of people with a common passion.
