1. Do you offer layaway 

Yes! We offer layaway on any item $400 and over. We will take an initial 20% non-refundable deposit and the balance must be paid in full within 90 days. Cancelled or returned layaways will result in a shop credit. Switching your layaway credit from one item to another is not permissible, however, we can accommodate 2 concurrent layaways per customer. 2. How do I figure out my ring size? 

The most accurate way to find your ring size is to find a jeweler in your area that can size you. Please make sure to ask for your US ring size. If you can’t get to a local jeweler, you can refer to this WikiHow page, or order one of our handy and reusable plastic ring sizers.

3. Do you size rings?

4. When will I get my order? 

Orders take 1-2 day processing time. All items will be sent via the United States Postal Service. We offer two options: USPS Priority Mail or USPS Priority Mail Express. Please make your desired selection during checkout. 

5. Can I have something rushed?

Absolutely, if you need an item by a certain date please let us know and select the appropriate shipping type during checkout. Keep in mind most orders take 1-2 days to process. If you are unsure what type of shipping to select please contact us and we can advise you.

6. Do you ship internationally?

Yes!  We ship via USPS to the United States, Canada and the UK. If you live in another country please message us to see if shipment can be arranged for you.

7. Can I return or exchange something I have ordered?

We hope that you will love your new purchase, but if you are unhappy for any reason we will accept your return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Please contact us immediately so we know you will be sending your package back.  When we receive your return we will issue you a refund minus shipping. Please note, altered or sized pieces are not eligible for return.

8. Can I see a different angle of a piece?

Of course! We do our best to photograph everything with as many angles as possible. If you'd like to see any of our pieces in a different light or on a person, just let us know. We are happy to send you a personal photograph of any of our pieces to your email address.

10. Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes we do! We are happy to offer complimentary gift wrapping for any order. After placing your order please send us an email to info@thesacredorder.net and let us know you’d like gift wrapping.

11. What does your name mean?

We love a good mystery and nothing is more mysterious to us than secret societies. Our name is an homage to these brotherhoods and sisterhoods that have had known and unknown influence over our society for decades. We also love the word 'sacred' in the sense of being reverently dedicated to some person, purpose, or object. We hope our items can be symbols of this for you and add sentiment to your everyday.
